• Completed vocational training or a degree in operations, finance, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or an operational finance environment
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant work style
• Strong communication skills when interacting with internal and external partners
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
• Interest in digital processes and a dynamic environment
